Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Agesic website, dashboard and API (the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service where doing so is illegal, or if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit it.

Your account is the wallet address you sign in with. You are responsible for that wallet, its keys and everything done with it. We cannot recover access to a wallet you lose.

• You fund your balance by sending USDG or ETH on Robinhood Chain to the Agesic treasury. USDG is credited at 1 USDG = $1.00. ETH is credited at the price shown in the dashboard, which is locked for a short period; if your transfer confirms after that, the lower of the locked and live price applies.
• Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Check the amount, network and wallet before you confirm.
• Credits are prepaid, denominated in US dollars, and are used to pay for the Service. Credit from USDG deposits and Earn earnings can be withdrawn to your own wallet as USDG, subject to the minimums and checks shown in the dashboard; credit bought with ETH can only be spent. Credits are not transferable to other users, do not earn interest, and are not a deposit, security or e-money.
• Network gas fees are paid by you and are not credited.
• Transfers that don't meet the requirements shown in the dashboard may not be credited automatically.

Each call costs the model provider's price plus the Agesic fee shown on our pricing page, deducted from your balance. Failed and refused calls are not charged. We may change the fee with notice; changes apply to calls made afterwards.

You are responsible for the agents you create, the keys you issue and every call made with them, including calls by anyone who obtains a key. Limits you set reduce risk but are not a guarantee against all loss. Keep keys secret and rotate any key you think is exposed.

You agree not to:

• break the law, or violate the usage policies of the model providers you access;
• generate or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes others' rights;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass its limits;
• use the Service to launder money, evade sanctions or fund illegal activity;
• resell access in a way that hides the end user from us when the law requires otherwise.

Models are provided by third parties and accessed through OpenRouter. Their outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate, and you are responsible for how you use them. Model availability and prices may change without notice.

We work to keep the Service running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Blockchain networks, RPC providers and model providers are outside our control.

We may suspend or close access to the Service if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Where the law allows, a remaining balance is not refunded if your access is closed for breach.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on the Service is investment, legal or tax advice. Agesic is not affiliated with Robinhood, Paxos, OpenRouter or any model provider.

To the extent permitted by law, Agesic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or funds. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid into your balance in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, give notice in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
